Darth Vader Helmet

Prototype

The Darth Vader helmet prototype was made from the original molds for the helmets used in Episode III, these molds can be seen on the Original Trilogy [Special Edition] DVD Set special features disc for Episode III on how they made Darth Vader. Three helmets were made for the initital prototype -- one painted in grey primer for the production tooling master, and two fully finished in black lacquer for display and publicity purposes.

This prototype was made for Master Replicas by Michael Moore, Robert Mannion, Karen Padilla, Shawna Moore, Paul Schmid, and Karen Cardier
